West Coast Villas opened its doors as a boutique estate agency in 2004.  Catering to the high end clientele of the island’s West Coast, we developed a personalised approach to real estate.  Focusing heavily on delivering the highest level of service, we spend a significant amount of time listening to our clients so we can understand their requirements and respond with a range of options we feel best represents their preferences in terms of size, location, budget and lifestyle.  Our ultimate goal is our client’s happiness, and based on this committed approach we have built an established clientele of both local and overseas buyers whilst securing a solid and respected position as experts in the Barbados real estate market.

In our short history we have seen our agency develop by leaps and bounds; we quickly expanded our offerings to include both property management and rental services.  We now manage close to 60 homes and represent some of the most desirable properties on the West Coast for sale or rental.
